Classroom management refers to the wide variety of skills and techniques that teachers use to keep students organized, focused, and academically productive during a class. During my class, since I’ve arranged class activities, teaching methods, in lesson plan, it helps me a lot to keep class stay on the track. During group activity, I always monitor the students just like maam Ariar did to ensure that everyone in the group contribute toward their group . And to keep the students stay on the lesson plan, I’ve to be discipline when it comes to end the discussion, usually I’ll remind them that the time for discussion less than 5 minutes or even it’s already over. And for the last submission will not be accepted, that’s one of example how I manage my class to keep on track and productive without wasting time. To keep the students stay focused , I’ll ask several students some questions so they’ll stay focused and pay attention and able to answer if I approach them with a question. But luckily the students are very cooperative. So I don’t find any difficult to do class management. And even if I have some trouble during the class, as soon as I remind them, they’ll listen to me and get back on track with the other students.
