Planning for teaching is the first and important step for teachers. In this step the teachers will determine what material that they’d discuss with the students , what kind of method that the teachers should use, or even how the teachers will manage the class activities. In senior high school department, usually my cooperate teacher Maam Ariar , she teach management and entrepreneur subjects. Before preparing lessons and teaching in class, she will make a lesson plan which contain what topic that they’ll discussed, what kind of method that she’ll use, how long the duration,etc. Sometime she’ll have discussion with other teacher who teach the same subject about the lesson plan.
